The Process

Consultation
Reach out through our contact form or book a time directly through our calendar. We'll walk you through the entire process, answer your questions, and establish a preliminary estimate. A deposit is placed to begin the custom design process.

Inspiration
Find what catches your eye. We'll work together to build a collection of design references, styles, and details that reflect what you're after. This becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

Center Stone Selection
This is where it gets personal. We'll help you select the right material, whether natural or lab-created, and determine the ideal color, size, and shape for your stone.
We provide printable sizing guides so you can cut out stone shapes and place them on your hand to see the actual real-world scale. This is especially useful for custom-cut stones where standard references don't apply.

Detailed Quote
Once the design direction and stone selection are established, we prepare a detailed quote outlining the full scope of the project, materials, timeline, and pricing.

Stone Sourcing or Cutting
We source or begin custom cutting your center stone. This stage typically takes three to four weeks. You'll receive a high-quality video of the finished stone for your review and acceptance before we move forward.

Design Development
This is the collaborative stage. We work back and forth with you to refine the ring design, providing detailed drawings at each iteration. There's no cap on revisions. We keep going until the design is right.

Production
The ring goes into production: casting, pre-finishing, stone setting, and final finishing. Every step is held to the same standard you've seen throughout the process.

Final Review
A final video of the completed ring is sent to you for acceptance. You see exactly what you're getting before it ships.

Delivery
The final invoice balance is cleared and your ring ships internationally at no cost.
